I would like to put the decision to recwar or not up to a vote. If we do recwar, then we should follow the rules and develop a detailed list of what the CIS has so nobody objects and, when the time comes for war, we're well-prepared.
Alternately, if we don't go with recwarring, then we'll have to develop our own unique system.

Stick with the Universal rules of recwar, far more simple. Anyway, I was very tempted at the last one but decided against it. I'll do that later. Your support would be much appreciated.

Recwar as part of the CIS isn't mandatory (i.e. they have to do it) if we adopt this IIRC.
If we adopt recwar as the official CIS defence doctrine, then that would apply to the CIS joint force and any members who want to participate. Nations who don't want to participate can run their militaries their own way. Though that leaves an open end on the godmodding thing.... Which is why I strongly recommend regulation. It's consistent and it prevents the godmodding factor.

Well it looks like we have a majority in favor of recwar. We should start organizing things.

Yep! We can indeed begin organising for our recwar adventures - However we'll have to wait for the land claim on MCS to be drawn up and approved, and also for the military leader to be appointed. - I'd recomend King Joe for this position, but with the size of the CIS in the future he may well need assistance from someone else
