Hello and a warm extended welcome to the Confederacy of Independant States. After recent changes and events the CIS hope to be moving forward into the sector of micronations that are taken seriously. Nations with respect. The CIS wishes to be noted to be a respectful body of nations, with each member nation lending a hand to one another. This is the way forward, the way that the CIS will go in with help from each member nation.
I have some ideas and systems that I outlined in my manifesto, but all I can say is that we need you - Everyone who is part of a member nation of the CIS, and anyone looking to apply for their nation to join our body.
Nations looking to join the CIS require the basic essentials, then we provide help from there. Providing you are loyal, willing (to learn, put in effort and want to be successful), then we will do all that we can to assist you alongside us. The CIS do not take the date of formation into account when deciding upon nation applications. The CIS is looking to help nations looking to develop be them 3 days old or 3 years old. What matters to us, is the assets that the leader has.
Member nations of the CIS keep their status fully as a nation, and join us as part of a collective security force, where we see each nation as sister nations to our own. Land on the MCS is to be claimed as "The CIS" and then land is to be divided up amongst the member nations.
